Requirements for new visa applicants at Japanese Embassy; for CoE holders of all types of the status of residence

New entry into Japan under the framework of “Residence Track” from countries/region Based on the decision on September 25, 2020, all types of the status of residence, provided the applicant has the Certificate of Eligibility (CoE), are applicable for the new entry to Japan.

Here is  required documents at Japanese Embassy:
(i) Visa application form (with photo attached)
(ii) Passport
(iii) Certificate of Eligibility 
(iv) Written pledge (PDF)Open a New Window (2 copies) (Residence Track)

You will need the (iv) Written pledge which is signed and stamped by your CoE sponsored company.

 

2020年9月25日の発表の基づき新規ビザ入国者のビザ申請手続き「レジデンストラック」が発表になりました。有効な在留資格認定証明書をお持ちの方全てが対象です。

日本大使館でのビザ申請必要書類:

(ア)査証申請書(顔写真貼付)
(イ)旅券
(ウ)在留資格認定証明書

(エ)誓約書(「外国人レジデンストラック(PDF)別ウィンドウで開く」)写し2通

(エ)誓約書には在留資格認定証明書を申請した会社が押印、署名が必要です。
